What kind of adapter do I need when I go to Italy?
I want to be able to buy my phone credit, iPod, etc. What kind of adapter do I need?
Check the UL label on the equipment they can use Volt. Many new devices are 110-220V. This means you only need a simple adapter to connect, they are cheaper than in Italy at Radio Shack, but it may be easier for you to get them there. I've never been in a hotel 24 years in Italy, had 110v (all power lines in Italy 220V, 110V, there are no lines) remained, but maybe some have a converter? I do not recommend buying a converter to 220V 110V, but should be a 110-220V charger. If a unit from the AC 220v 110v to burn sooner or later.
