Dell Studio 15 Heating problem?
It get hot to a point where I cannot touch the keyboard and the area around the mouse. I understand is normal for it to to this on the bottom of the laptop but on top and it get this hot seem strange to me. I got a 9 cell battery and it act as a lever and elevate the laptop in a wedge kinda shape. It get hot like about 2 hour of use which is a shame because battery last till 5-6 hr. Is a 3 day old laptop so what should I do. I understand there is an option to return it and exchange for a new one under warranty because i got a 2 year complete care warranty from Dell. So is there any other option suggested?? Like some kind of cooling device to help??
Call Dell and tell them you’re unsatisfied. You can often get them to give you an exchange, or exchange for another better model for the same price since you were inconvenienced.
