Strobe Light

How can you connect a strobe light, a car that only a son?
I flash a single thread. I want to close it because I like and the plow. But I'm not sure how! Please help!
Chances are that a wire is positive and the support is negative. When using metal, not painted, and behavior electrivity then it's probably a negative ground. Think of it as your main light in a car that only a thread … It is chassis ground.
