What is the best protection against surges / Power Conditioner? I am looking for Panamax and Monster?
Looking for a device) Protect Your TV equipment (as well as others, and also improve the image and sound quality. Right now I am in the Panamax M5100-PM Power and Monster Power Center HDP 2500 looking MP. Any ideas? I am pleased with them both at the same price reaching $ 280. who wins? So if it helps, I have: – A Pioneer Kuro Pro-111FD – Klipsch Quintet system (with a 10''sub) – Sony Receiver (soon to be Denon, I hope)
Wow. Congratulations to the Kuro. Frankly, I saw a lot of snake oil packaging claims made about power, especially to see with enhanced audio and video signals. This makes a power conditioner – beyond acting protection against overvoltages – Is that regulate the voltage and you protect against fluctuations. Do you have a problem with the current fluctuations are common? If so, then maybe you should get one. If not, then just get a surge protector. You buy a Panamax to go with. Monster excessive for everything else, I do not see why they give a fair price on a Power Conditioner.
