When people start talking about black hip-hop accent?
Want to talk about "modern" and faster, because I saw some films in 1970 with the black people in it and speaks differently from the way black people talk today.Hip hop came in the 1980s, but when did people start with his hip-hop, spoken or accelerated tone.Slang voice always changing, but when people say and not as modern as an elderly man or woman.
