The challenges for audio systems conference rooms multi-purpose, Part 1: Introduction and storage

The first challenge to jump into my head for audio systems in the multipurpose conference room, and probably for many others, find all the equipment provided, if not used. And if you're ever in the facility or equipment for the removal of these rooms was the first challenge that could jump in your mind is enough time to implement everything. These challenges are used usually dictated by the equipment and as such is in preparation buy your A / V equipment a little foresight in these matters to a large extent to the solution.

For microphones and speakers (the equipment to be in the room), we will consider two different options. Option 1 is the wired microphones with a table that is parallel with the wiring of a mixer. Of the mixer, a stereo-channel output will be sent to media self-powered speakers. Option 2 will consist of an all-in-one conference system (Microphones push to talk) with detachable gooseneck microphone and speakers in series to a central control unit wired.

Immediately, we look the long installation time for all wiring in the first option. Is it a small group of five, then the time differences are minimal, but when you twenty different microphones of your time to connect the cable and dressing significantly for Option 1, where as in option 2, the microphones are holding a chain, maybe two runs back in the cable control unit. The other difficulty with Option 1 is to eliminate the atmosphere of each piece of feedback at the same time ensuring that everyone can hear each other. It takes time and should not put up with a possible husband. Conversely, all within a conferencing system has an Automatic Mix-Minus-built, so that is eliminated without the return of additional installation time and everyone can hear each other because each participant has a speaker directly before them.

An alternative to options 1 and 2, with a conference system completely wireless. With the latest technology to conferences, offers a wireless system is the fastest installation time and the optimal solution for portability. The latter systems are equipped with wireless with the same functions as a cable system, offers an excellent solution for audio systems for conference rooms multi-purpose.

There also differences in the storage of these options. Depending on your availability for specific storage devices A / V, the differences are moot, but the option 2 requires much less wiring, and because the microphones and speakers are all built, the mic and speakers self-powered are not necessary either. With less equipment, in option 2, the physical space needed for the store is also reduced.

Overall, Option 2 offers a faster installation with storage in general easier. Another advantage is that the system is very portable. Whether you are changing rooms in the building or go off site with a conduit-conference to give you the versatility and efficiency to run your meetings, if you want and how you want.
