What kind of snake is it?

The garter snake has a Harri brown body with three yellow stripes down the back and 2 on each side. It has 4 rows of dull black dots on each side 2 among its yellow stripes and 2 directely next to his side 2 (in the middle of this page) It a white belly with black spots, uneven in the middle of the belly. I THINK NOT CUZ HES HES Westren black not brown! He has brown eyes with black pupils and a Tongue a farm to fork is black red after the hyphen in the extremities. WHAT KIND OF snake is it?!? It's a bit hard to see the snake, but it looks like Snakes on a checkerboard. These types of snakes are brown and have tags that match the description.
