Okay, says the manual for your input current maximum is 20 amps. He is the Answer. The fuse must Ampere 20th Problem solved. The powers are actually calling for more, but the ratings are what they call the non-peak power, RMS power. So the 20 amp fuse sounds right to me. I slow to a 20 amp 12 volt.
